Henosis: A Journey of Love and Healing  

Henosis, inspired by the Greek meaning of uniting with the Supreme Self, is my heart’s calling. I’m Sonal, a girl from the small city of Punjab, Hoshiarpur, driven by a deep desire to give back to the world. My journey began with a passion for teaching as an assistant professor, where I aimed to educate and inspire future generations. To honor this, a portion of every Henosis purchase supports children’s education through NGOs.  

From there, I pursued civil services preparation, hoping to add value to society, but life took me on a different path. I ventured into skincare, yet something still felt incomplete—my thirst to truly contribute remained unfulfilled.  

My soul has always been connected to the healing powers of nature. As a healer, I know the transformative value of oils, herbs, and crystals. This connection inspired me to create Henosis—a sanctuary of pure, organic blends crafted with love in a space charged with positive energy. Every product is a gift from nature, designed to heal not just your body but your soul.
